Shipping

We ship all orders from our warehouse in New Jersey. We ship once a day, any time between 9am-5pm. 

International shipments will be shipped every Monday or Friday depending on volume.

International orders will have a delay in tracking due to 3rd party consolidators not having access to USPS tracking software. The shipments may take upwards of 60 days, but it is highly unlikely. 

In the case that your order does get lost in the system, we will resend the same shipment out you or provide a full refund.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses inputted by you. We will do our best to accommodate shipping address changes, but if the package has already been shipped out or the label has been created, you would be responsible for any shipping costs.

In all giveaways, shipping is your responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

There will be customs/duty fees for international orders- this is your financial responsibility to receive the goods, we do not impose these fees, they are set by your government.
