2 year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase for mice and keyboards.
2 week manufacturer's warranty from the day you receive mousepads. For mousepads you should know within 24hrs of using the mousepad if the surface is defective. Having a long warranty period for a mousepad is not necessary and will have normal wear and tear, which is inevitable.
The warranty only covers defects of products caused by manufacturing. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to, accidental damage, breakage due to abuse, improper usage, water damage (washing mousepad), etc. The warranty does not cover any cosmetic packaging damage that may be caused through shipping of goods to the customer.
Please do not attempt to open up or modify the product in any way, unless instructed by Gamesense staff or support. This voids all warranty.
Warranty claims are limited to 1 per customer.
