Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it.

We are not responsible for shipping costs and it is your responsibility to return it to us undamaged. Original shipping fees and associated costs will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Due to the complexity of international returns with customs, duties, and taxes, we reserve the right to not accept returns.

Currently not accepting returns with the Meta wired unless there is RMA concern.

Preorders are non-refundable and can not be canceled. All sales are final.

 

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for all return shipments.
In rare situations, we reserve the right to deny returns.
Any items returned before establishing contact will not be accepted.

For cancellations/refunds, there is a 3% credit processing fee.
