We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All pre-orders are non-refundable until after you receive the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same, new condition that you received it.
For cancelations, please provide us an email 24hrs in advance so we have time to make proper arrangements.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs and it is your responsibility to return it to us undamaged. Original shipping fees and associated costs will not be refunded.
Due to the complexity for international returns we do not accept returns from international customer and will only provide store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can make things right.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for all return shipments.
In rare situations, we reserve the right to deny returns.
Any items returned before establishing contact will not be accepted.
